Whitmore Mfg. Acquires ProAction Fluids
Whitmore Mfg., a wholly owned subsidiary of CSW Industrials Inc. announces its acquisition of ProAction Fluids. ProAction Fluids combined with Jet-Lube offers a complete line of performance-tested drilling fluids, lubricants, sealants, and compounds for the horizontal directional drilling HDD market.
With a strong focus on optimized utility drilling operations, ProAction Fluids’ products enhance operational efficiency while reducing equipment wear and tear, making the drilling processes smoother, more efficient, and significantly more cost-effective.
