Vortex Companies has acquired Prism Contractors & Engineers Inc., a full-service engineering and contracting firm with over 100 years of combined expertise. Prism’s core service offerings include civil engineering and surveying, trenchless rehabilitation, and utility construction. This makes it a strong addition to Vortex’s expanding Service division portfolio.
