Trueline Infrastructure Solutions Equipment Heading to Auction
Trueline Infrastructure Solutions, a former full-service infrastructure connectivity company servicing the telecommunication and utility industries has wound down operations.
A Florida Court has approved PPL Group and Alex Lyon & Sons to conduct a comprehensive equipment auction for all assets on June 3 and 4, 2025, as part of its formal wind-down process.
The auction will offer a wide array of construction assets, including more than 150 trucks and vehicles, 80 trailers, Vermeer trenchers, horizontal directional drills (HDD), vacuum excavators, excavators and a huge quantity of like new parts and tools. Most of the equipment is less than 5 years old and very well maintained.
Backed by Grain Management LCC, Trueline was formed in September 2024 through the merger of Atlantic Engineering Group (AEG), Fiber Optic Services (FOS), and Young’s Communications (Y-COM). The company aimed to revolutionize digital infrastructure deployment across the U.S., boasting over 400 employees and more than five decades of combined experience.
Trueline provided turnkey services encompassing engineering, permitting, construction, and fiber network management.
Despite its ambitious vision, Trueline ceased operations in early March 2025, citing “unprecedented changes in the market” and heightened competitive pressures. Trueline’s primary regional and satellite offices are located in Melbourne, Titusville and Mt. Dora, Florida; Memphis, Tennessee, Rapid River, Michigan; and Columbus and Bloomington, Indiana.
The upcoming auction presents a unique opportunity for telecommunication, utility and infrastructure contractors to acquire high-quality, late model equipment at competitive prices.
The first day of the auction will be conducted on June 3 both online and in-person at 2896 Harper Road in Melbourne, Florida and the second day on June 4 will be held only online through Proxibid for the remaining assets in Florida and the equipment in Tennessee, Indiana and Michigan.
