Super ProductsSuper Products
Super Products LLC has expanded its line of Supersucker industrial vacuum loaders with the addition of a new model that can provide long-lasting, effective hydro excavation performance. The new Supersucker HDX is equipped with a water system that includes a standard 600-gal capacity water tank setup and a hydraulically-driven pump that delivers flow up to 14 gpm and pressure up to 3,000 psi. The unit’s 8-in. articulating boom offers 330 degree rotation and 27-ft reach, and has the ability to pivot 45 degree upward and 25 degree downward. Boom functions can be operated with either a wireless remote control or wired pendant, each of which come standard with the unit. To ensure the complete removal of material, an 8-in. positive displacement vacuum system provides air flow to 5,800 cfm and 28 in. of vacuum. And single-mode filtration enables the loading of both wet and dry material with no changeover required.

VacallVacall
The innovative Vacall AllSmartFlow control system brings added “Green That Works” advantages to Vacall machines, optimizing operating efficiency while saving on energy consumption and costs for greater overall sustainability benefits. Standard on Vacall models, the AllSmartFlow CAN bus control system has a computerized feature that maintains constant water pressure, delivering precise water flow and jetting action. Operators can closely monitor vacuum and water usage, avoiding waste and eliminating unnecessary trips for water refills. The AllSmartFlow system improves the operating efficiency of AllJetVac models, designed to open and maintain sewer lines; AllExcavate models, designed to perform highly productive hydro excavation and other functions like frack tank cleanout; AllSweep sweeping models; and AllCatch machines designed for catch basin cleanout. In addition, the AllSmartFlow control system also allows the operator to manage precise boom and reel positions. Another benefit of the “Green That Works” philosophy is the single-engine design of Vacall machines. While other machines require two engines — one to power the chassis and another to create vacuum and jetting forces, Vacall models use just one engine for all functions. As a result, Vacall machines use less gas, emit a lower level of harmful emissions and require less routine engine maintenance and parts.

VactorVactor Mfg.
Vactor Mfg. has introduced a single engine fan platform solution for the Vactor 2100 Plus sewer cleaner. The new model offering delivers improved simplicity, durability and performance to clean larger storm lines and keep debris out of the ecosystem and fresh water supplies. Equipped with a front operator control panel that features two selector switches for the fan drive — fan on/off and fan mode (low/medium/high) — the Vactor 2100 Plus single engine platform is simple to operate. Single engine fan hydrostatic drive components have been aggressively sized to maximize the life expectancy of the system. The fan drive system keeps the step-up transmission, resulting in a lower required hydraulic motor speed than competitive models. The new configuration features a split-shaft transfer case in the main driveline, which is engaged when directed by the operator, resulting in the highest attainable efficiency. The transfer case is rated to 500 hp, allowing for long component life, a significant safety factor and scalability in the future. The Vactor system on the single engine configuration uses the same 2:1 step-up transmission with splash lubricated support bearings. This allows the hydraulic motor to operate at half-speed, compared to the fan, which prolongs motor bearing life. .
