Azuria Water Solutions, Inframark Announce Intention to Combine Businesses
Azuria Water Solutions and Inframark announced that they are combining businesses. This union will create a leading, independent water solutions and services platform.
With anticipated revenue of more than $2 billion and more than 6,000 employees, the combination will better serve customers and create more career opportunities for employees.
Together, Azuria and Inframark will offer customers access to a unique end-to-end suite of solutions and technologies delivered by a world-class team.
Azuria and Inframark expect the combination to be complete by the end of 2025 or early 2026; in the meantime, the companies will continue operating independently. Both companies are part of the New Mountain Capital portfolio.
