The City of Napa is soliciting written Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from firms capable of performing directional drilling for City of Napa projects Advertised as Highway 29 Water Main Freeway Crossings (FEMA Earthquake Repairs) WTR2018-0009 PW No.’s 116, 117, 118, 206.
The work generally consists of the installation of three (3) freeway crossings (including three (3) sixteen-inch (16”) casings of fusible C900 pipe and three (3) twelve-inch carrier (12”) pipes of fusible C900 pipe via horizontal directional drilling (HDD) under Highway 29 at Laurel Street / Kilburn Avenue, Pine Street, and Old Sonoma Road in the City Of Napa, California. A bid alternate is included, to be authorized at the City’s sole discretion, for a fourth bore under Highway 29 at third Street in the City of Napa, California.
